Workshops/Groups

Stress Management workshops: This 2-hour stress management workshop explains hypnotherapy and the trance state, discuss stress-management techniques, experience stress-reduction relaxation.

Opening the Dream Door workshop: This 12-week workshop, based on my book Opening the Dream Door, released June 1998, explores how your dreams can connect you to the creative and intuitive parts of yourself.

Women's Group: Co-leader of women's group that has met monthly since April 1994. This group deals with stress-management and coping with experiences of everyday life in a positive and optimistic format. Each meeting focused on one particular are of interest and included exercises and activities that focused the attention of the group on the specific topic.

Going Beyond Pain: Strategies and Solutions: this half-day workshop presents NLP and self-hypnosis techniques for going beyond pain. You will learn how to speak directly to your unconscious mind and direct it to change the way you experience sensations in your body. You will also have the opportunity to experience a variety of techniques for going beyond pain and to practice them on fellow participants.
